Oral Ofori: Communication and Public Relation Specialist

With over 10 years of experience in the management, dissemination and presentation of information both of sensitive nature and for public consumption, and several years of service in media relations for multi-national bodies, Mr. Oral Ofori being a communication expert serves in the capacity of our Communications and Public Relations Specialist.

His professional skills and background in these fields has afforded him the opportunity to serve on the board of a local TV station in Connecticut USA and continually serve as a freelance reporter for the Voice of America Radio in Washington DC, both of which came with responsibilities involving the handling and managing of very sensitive information of high value: something he is presently helping us work on here at Sibton.

Our Communication and Public Relation Specialist also has specialties in Social Media management which is essential in today's information technology era. These skills have empowered him to engage people in a positive way, effectively disseminate vital information online, in person and to above all ensure that your business with Sibton that fall under his purview are given the utmost professional attention with the intent to ensure client and customer satisfaction.

IT Consultant - Robert Kioko Mutinda

Mr. Robert Koiko Mutinda is a Network, Data and Security Specialist with Professional Experience spanning over 10 years in the field of Information Technology. Serving on our Managerial board, his specializations and roles lies in data centre technologies, system security, complex networking and computing systems, oracle database systems, IBM Power systems, and other relations.

As a technocrat with multi-vendor certifications in Cisco, Red hat and ITIL , Mr. Faal has over five years of IT experience in Network Operations, Network Administration, Technical Support/Troubleshooting, Installation, Configuration, as well as client services.

Coupled with his comprehensive understanding & proficiency in networking concepts such as LAN, WAN & multi-platform environment, Mr. Faal is proficient in LAN/WAN High level Design and Implementation, Switch and Router configuration, Hardware/ Software Installation, Network troubleshooting, Support services.

His extensive Professional experience has endowed him with Project Management skills, including adept analysis of Network information system needs, evaluation of end-user requirements, custom design solutions, etc.

IT Consultant - Patrick Odoi

Mr. Patrick Odoi serves as our Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (IS) and Digital Media consultant. With over fourteen years of experience in Information Technology, and an educational background in Business & Computer Information Systems, Mr. Patrick Odoi brings to Sibton Communications a wealth of experience and expertise in the ever-revolving IT world. He has extensive experience with Database Administration, performance tuning, backup & recovery and troubleshooting in large-scale (50+ servers) environments.

Together with an efficient technology team, Mr. Odoi who ensures an effective day-to-day operation of business processes in addition to engineering and providing administrative support for new database implementations and necessary upgrades. Using cloud computing technology, our IT team is confident of minimizing, and potentially eliminating clients' issues with disk space, CPU usage, memory problems or other pertinent issues that may impact the end-users.

Our Information Technology and Computer Systems Advisor sees to the developing and documentation of new processes and procedures governing technical projects, including those started by and/or currently being supported by our clients. Mr. Odoi and his team are responsible for reviewing our clients' technical deployment plans, and recommend efficient and cost-saving ways of doing these deployments for the client. His team will meet with our clients and develop technical and disaster recovery plans. He is actively involved in the planning, implementation and testing of various applications for clients' projects within the hallmark of excellence to ensure utmost satisfaction.
